    Job Summary

    Bring flavor to the field! As a Sous Chef at Northwest Stadium, you'll play a vital role in the culinary experience, supporting our Executive Chef and leading a high-performing kitchen team. You will ensure quality, creativity, and compliance in every dish served, bringing innovation to classic stadium fare while maintaining consistency and excellence.

    Qualifications:

    + Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

    + Proficiency in food safety and sanitation standards

    + Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems

    + Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee daily kitchen operations and production

    + Support Executive Chef in recipe execution and food quality assurance

    + Maintain sanitation and food safety compliance

    + Train and supervise kitchen team members

    + Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchasing

    + Ensure presentation and quality meet Levy standards
