    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Warren, NJ office. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all positions across our architecture and engineering teams, helping us attract the talent that drives our projects forward. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify critical hiring needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

     

    This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who is a self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment and is passionate about building strong teams that drive business success. You will also represent the firm at career fairs, professional networking events, and industry functions while traveling to our different office locations to support recruiting and engagement initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top technical and professional talent.

    + Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and proactively source qualified candidates.

    + Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

    + Recruit strategic hires through targeted sourcing, networking, and community engagement to fill leadership and high-impact technical positions.

    + Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority and recurring roles.

    + Represent the firm at career fairs, campus events, and industry networking opportunities, while traveling to office locations to support in-person recruitment activities.

    + Support onboarding and new hire engagement initiatives, including regular check-ins, to ensure a smooth transition and positive employee experience.

    + Maintain accurate applicant data and hiring metrics, and provide regular reporting to leadership.

    + Support employer branding and collaborate with marketing on recruitment-focused campaigns and materials.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    This position has no current supervisory responsibilities.

    SALARY:

    The estimated compensation range for this position is $45,000 to $120,000+ annually. This range reflects both base salary and performance-based bonuses tied directly to placements. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, education, skills, and performance outcomes.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

    Work Experience

    + Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in engineering, architecture, or consulting.

    Skills

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (JazzHR preferred).

    + High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

    + Ability and willingness to travel to other office locations and recruitment events as needed.

    Lifting

    + Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 lbs.

    Office Environment

    + Ability to work in office environment.

    Mobility

    + Extended periods of working on computer, standing and walking.
