Job Summary:

We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates / Freight Handlers for a location in Redlands, CA. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with shift running from 4AM to 12:30PM.

Schedules:

+ Sunday - Thursday from 7AM to 3:30PM

+ Monday - Friday from 4AM to 12:30PM

+ Tuesday- Sat from 7AM- 3:30PM

We are looking to hire 10 associates to support outbound loading operations. The position offers a base pay of $17.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $20.00 per hour through performance-based incentive pay.

Responsibilities:

+ Load freight onto outbound trucks

+ Move and organize materials within the warehouse

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

+ Meet daily productivity and safety goals

Qualifications:

+ Previous warehouse or freight handling experience is helpful but not required

+ Ability to lift and move heavy items consistently throughout the shift

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
