Job Description:
Trinnex is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Solution Sales to join our team. This strategic role is responsible for developing and managing client relationships in the digital solutions space—including professional services, custom development, and SaaS offerings. The ideal candidate will become a trusted advisor to clients and partners, identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing relationships to drive business growth.
Note: Candidates must be located on the East Coast of the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
• This role will be responsible for growing, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team of sales professionals to drive business success.
• Develop deep insight into clients’ financial outlook, strategic priorities, leadership teams, consulting ecosystems, and digital objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through all stages of the sales cycle, adhering to internal processes and procedures.
• Effectively communicate Trinnex’s value proposition and business outcomes to various buying roles within client organizations.
• Cultivate relationships and proactively solve problems with a consultative selling approach.
• Identify high-value prospects and develop tailored account strategies.
• Gain deep familiarity with each utility’s budget, capital improvement plan, strategic priorities, and stakeholder environment.
• Monitor market trends and communicate competitor intelligence.
• Continuously improve sales plans and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Represent Trinnex in professional associations and conferences, taking on leadership roles where appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 12 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Equivalent additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
Skills and Abilities:
• Extensive knowledge of the digital infrastructure sector (water, wastewater, transportation), including SaaS, data analytics, custom development, and professional services.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders (C-suite and mid-level executives).
• Experience leading high-performing sales teams in the water and wastewater industry.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Skilled in delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated success in implementing sales and business plans to achieve measurable results.
• Exceptional time management and planning skills to manage multiple client accounts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in consultative selling techniques.
• Experience negotiating scope, schedule, pricing, and contracts.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and conflict resolution across diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently in a complex sales environment.
