    This position is located at Water’s Edge Campus in Roseville. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office daily.

     

    This position is the lead administrative support for the Regional Transportation Management Center (RTMC). Responsibilities include:

     

    + Acquiring, tracking, and distributing state furnished materials for RTMC Integration

    + Geocoding for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) plans.

    + Organizing travel, acquiring and tracking office and computer accessories for RTMC staff.

    + Receptionist duties, distributing mail, and interview support for RTMC staff

     

    The Minnesota Department of Transportation does not sponsor applicants for work visas or Optional Practical Training Extensions for STEM Students. Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Customer service skills sufficient to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to internal/external customers in person, on the phone, Microsoft TEAMS, and through e-mail and other written correspondence

    • Skill in database management sufficient to enter and retrieve data

    • Skill in obtaining, organizing, and drafting administrative materials for internal and external dissemination
