    What You Will Do

    - JOB SUMMARY

    To provide strategic and operational support to the Sales team by analysing market trends, customer data, and internal performance metrics.

     

    This role ensures the Sales team is equipped with the insights, tools, and processes needed to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

     

    This support role will require strong analytical skills to interrogate sales data as well as strong inter-personnel skills to build effective relationships with external business partners and important internal stakeholders.

    - WHAT YOU WILL DO

    + **Market & Customer Analysis:**

    + Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.

    + Identify opportunities for sales growth and areas for improvement.

    + Prepare regular reports and dashboards for Area Manager.

    + **Sales Support:**

    + Support Area Manager in developing the holistic total customer investment strategy (i.e. margin calculation + promotions)

    + Support Area Manager with annual marketing planning cycles incl. budget planning

    + Support the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

    + **Performance Monitoring:**

    + Track KPIs and sales performance metrics.

    + Provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.

    + Collaborate with Finance and Operations to align forecasts and targets.

    + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**

    + Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align strategies.

    + Act as a liaison between Sales and other departments to streamline communication and workflows.

    Qualifications

    - REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    + 1-2 years Sales Experience

    + 30% International Travel

    + Beneficial I&I and Trade marketing experience

    + English & Spanish

    + Analytical

    + Communication skills

    + MS Office (Specially Excel)

    + Problem-Solving

    - PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Tobacco and Duty Free
