Salary range: $38,000.00 – $39,520.00

+ Location: Onsite, Honolulu, Hawaii

+ Full-Time: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday (Flexible hours based on coverage needed)

Requirements:

+ Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED

+ Must be able to type at least 45 wpm on a computer

+ Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

+ Must have at least 6 months clerical/customer service experience

+ Complete additional duties as assigned

Those successful in this role are:

+ Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite-specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel

+ Ability to multi-task, manage time and workload effectively with attention to detail

+ Ability to adapt to and incorporate new technologies, analyze new situations, and apply problem solving skills

About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be supporting our client’s customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service.

As a Customer Experience Associate you will:

+ Identifying customer needs, answering questions, or resolving problems

+ Performing routine call center activities concerning business products and services

+ Using the tools provided to guide you through customer conversations

+ Providing customers with important information while communicating in a warm empathetic manner

+ Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date

+ Providing exceptional customer service

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
