    Job Description:

    The Multi-Unit Manager position will perform the following duties:

    + Obtains and maintains key account business directly or assisting other sales people in doing so.

    + Coordinates all aspects necessary for meeting the needs of the key account (products, delivery schedules, reporting needs, communication needs, and new ideas).

    + Determines pricing strategies at appropriate profit margin levels.

    + Identifies opportunities for increased sales.

    + Develops sales forecasts and set goals for key account activity.

    + Prepares financial management reports on key accounts.

    + Attains sales goals for key account business.

    + Confers with customers to meet their needs which includes appraise, advise, inform, recommend, suggest, etc.

    + Prepares detailed customer analysis.
