    Job Descriptions:

    Join Chapa-De Indian Health and make a meaningful impact in diabetes care for our diverse communities. We are seeking an RN who brings compassion, clinical strength, and a passion for education.

     

    Salary: $52.65 - $60.00 starting, DOE.

     

    Schedule: 4 days a week, 8 hour shift of 8am-5pm

    Benefit Highlights:

    + Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents.

    + 17 days PTO per year, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)

    + Retirement Plan with 6% match

    Job Duties:

    + Deliver individualized and group diabetes care

    + Coordinate outcomes, education and community outreach

    + Collaborate with providers and other staff for holistic care

    Required Experience:

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    + BSN Degree.

    + Current RN License with 2 years experience.

    + Current BLS certification.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Spanish speaking.
