    Boeing Global Services** (BGS) is seeking an **Associate Supply Base Management Specialist** to join our team in **Dallas, TX.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Participate in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations

    + Gather and review data for use in supplier performance evaluations

    + Identify and communicate potential risks and issues

    + Provide support in the development of mitigation plans

    + Deploy operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance

    + Support the development and implementation of supplier project plans

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 3+ years of experience in in Supply Chain, Order Management, Supplier Management, or related field

    + 3+ years of experience in Project Management

    + 3+ years of experience collaborating with Executive and Senior leadership

    + 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor's degree or higher

    + Experience in Procurement utilizing standard

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    **Summary Pay Range** : $75,650 - $89,000
