    Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a **Mid-Level Quality Systems Specialist** - Quality Multi-Function - JACD (Level 3) to join the BGS Total Quality team in Oklahoma City, OK.

     

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

    Position Responsibilities

    + Represents Quality function on team activities to integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.

    + Provides Quality interpretation of requirements.

    + Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for small programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.

    + Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection activities.

    + Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.

    + Performs analysis, tests and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.

    + Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances.

    + Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.

    + Recommends corrective actions to address non-conformances.

    + Performs benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

    + Works under general direction.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

    + 5+ years of experience working across multiple business units and interfacing with key stakeholders

    + 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics/Data Science

    + Experience with AS9100 and/or a similar Quality Management System standard

    + 3+ years of experience performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation

    + 1+ year of experience presenting technical briefings to various audiences

    + 1+ years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

    + Experience with Air Force customer

    + Demonstrated high level of dependability, interpersonal skills, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, and problem solving and organization skills.

    + Experience with QMS (Quality Management System).

    Typical Education/Experience:

    + Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).

    Travel:

    Ability to travel 10% of the time.

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    Pay Salary range: 74,800 - 101,200
