Full Time
The Hultquist Place Assisted Living Community is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time. The RN Wellness Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the health care services and clinical operations of Hultquist Place Assisted Living Community, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as adherence to prevailing professional standards. This position involves directing and supervising all aspects of resident care and wellness programs within Hultquist Place.
Qualifications:
+ Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
+ Minimum of 3 years of full-time RN experience, or
+ A Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field from an accredited college and at least 1 year of full-time experience providing services to an adult dependent population.
+ Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a healthcare team.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and compassionate approach.
+ Proven ability to motivate, lead, and evaluate staff.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
+ Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
+ Must meet all state health and immunization requirements.
Salary:
+ Starting at $70,000, commensurate with education and experience
Key Responsibilities:
+ Ensure that Hultquist Place's operations and standards comply with all local, state, and federal rules, regulations and statues as they relate to Case Management and Resident Care.
+ Maintain high-quality care standards and ensure adequate, properly trained staffing levels.
+ Oversee recruitment, hiring, scheduling, training, supervision, and performance evaluations of care staff.
+ Support and recognize staff contributions through staff recognition initiatives.
+ Assess incoming residents and conduct ongoing reassessments to ensure needs can be safely met within ACF/ALP standards; complete and maintain UAS documentation
+ Lead and monitor resident care programs, services, and care conferences, ensuring accurate records and confidentiality.
+ Develop, review, and implement policies, procedures, quality assurance initiatives, and staff training programs.
+ Participate in the investigation and resolution of resident care grievances.
+ Represent the community in meetings, communicate effectively with families and team members, and perform administrative on-call duties as scheduled.
+ Perform administrative on-call duties on a rotating basis.
+ Carry out other duties as assigned
