A respected and full-service law firm in Seattle is seeking a skilled Real Estate Associate to join their dynamic team. Position Overview

The Real Estate Associate will support the firm’s growing real estate group in handling a variety of matters, including acquisitions, sales, commercial leasing, land development, joint ventures, and secured financing. This role is an excellent fit for individuals with at least 4 years of relevant experience and a solid transactional background.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

+ Undergraduate and JD degrees from accredited institutions.

+ Active WSBA membership.

+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in transactional real estate.

+ Attention to detail, excellent research and writing skills, and strategic project management abilities.

+ Strong motivation to learn and contribute to team success.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the role include:

+ Assisting with complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, financing, and related due diligence (title and survey reviews).

+ Effectively navigating legal and business challenges using initiative and critical thinking.

+ Ensuring quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Communicating professionally across virtual and in-person interactions.

Requirements

• Possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Hold active membership in the state bar association.

• Have at least four years of experience in transactional real estate law.
