    What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment

    + Reviews and adjusts sales-related items to ensure accurate classification and provides timely analysis of material changes in accounts. Researches issues raised by management, compiles supporting documentation, and prepares reports to substantiate transactions in question.

    + Reviews supporting documentation of suspect activity. Confers with staff to obtain pertinent information revealed through auditing process. Notifies and discusses activity with appropriate management.

    + Compiles and distributes weekly audit reports; compiles and distributes monthly vendor payout report and other reports as needed.

    + Participates on cross-functional teams as an accounting representative for projects and processes involving sales transactions.

    + Assists with the development and implementation of new systems and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of department.

    + Supervises sales audit coordinator.

    Experience and Education:

    + Bachelors in accounting from accredited university and 1-3 years related experience; or business degree from accredited university plus eligible to sit for uniform CPA exam per state requirements and 1-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Certifications:

    + Certified public accountant (CPA) is preferred.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    + Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.

    + Working knowledge of accounting systems and internal systems of control.

    + Strong interpersonal skills.

    + Strong oral and written communication skills.

    + Strong computer skills.

    + Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.

    + Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
