    Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a **Sentinel Segment Risk Manager 2.** This position is located in **Roy, UT** and supports the Sentinel program.

    What You’ll Get To Do:

    + Lead all aspects of Risk and Opportunity Management for supported organization through the entire life-cycle including identification, approval and closure

    + Provide programmatic assessments and analysis of data and recommendations of Risk and Opportunities to Segment lead / deputy

    + Lead a team of project managers to actively lead and monitor mitigation and capture plans as individual projects

    + Support securing resources (budget, labor and material) to effectively execute mitigation and capture plans

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of related experience; Master's Degree and 4 years of experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.

    + Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.

    + Must have the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).

    + 2 years of direct project management experience that includes resource management

    + At least 1 year in a formal management position.

    + 1 year of experience with Earned Value Management Systems

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

    + Project Management Professional Certificate

    + Risk and Opportunity Management Certificate

    + Experience with large-scale hardware programs, including managing suppliers and hardware integration.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead across execution teams and peer leaders.

    Primary Level Salary Range: $111,700.00 - $167,500.00

     

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

     

    Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
