    The Day-to-Day:

    Provide a great employee experience! Demonstrate leadership, train and coach the team for operational excellence, and recognize and motivate team members.

     

    Provide professional development opportunities for your team through training and mentoring.

     

    Recruit, interview, and hire great additions to your team!

     

    Ensure consistent customer satisfaction through operational excellence. Personally engage with customers, swiftly resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience.

     

    Maintain high food and health safety standards without exception.

     

    Act like an owner through Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management to optimize restaurant performance.

    Enjoys working with people.

     

    Must have at least two years of restaurant/retail management experience, including Profit & Loss responsibility.

     

    Must be ServSafe certified.

     

    Has basic business math skills.

     

    Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     

    Is proficient with digital tools and platforms.

     

    Is comfortable learning new technology.

     

    Will ensure operational excellence through adherence to policies and consistent processes.

    Essential Functions:

    Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, use hands and arms for reaching and grasping, lift 30 pounds, see, hear, and talk. Work in a cold or hot environment. Work in close proximity to others.
