The role you'll contribute:

Working with the Marketing Manager and/or Marketing Strategist, the **Senior Marketing Specialist** executes marketing initiatives for key service lines and the markets we serve. He/She applies knowledge of market research and analytics to contribute to the development of marketing plans which competitively differentiate AdventHealth and ensures the growth of volume, market share, share of spend and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated enthusiasm for implementing marketing programs and day-to-day functions, demonstrating independent judgment and creativity. This person will build strong relationships with stakeholders to advance the service line's and market strategy's goals and vision. Additionally, he/she will be a hands-on, results-oriented marketer who is passionate about learning strategy and achieving executional success.

+ Develops and executes targeted marketing campaigns to reach specific audiences.

+ Develops and maintains physician relationships to enhance consumer marketing efforts through lectures and events, collaborating with the physician relations marketing team on direct marketing strategies.

+ Serves as a social media liaison, meeting quantifiable goals and objectives, and helps oversee websites related to the area of focus for timely and consistent updates.

+ Collaborates with the Digital Strategy team to implement effective online strategies to drive volume and engagement.

+ Works collaboratively with the Creative team, providing clear objectives, goals, timely feedback, and reasonable deadlines for the development of effective deliverables.

+ Maintains and tracks budget, volume, and additional data for ROI reporting to ensure business goals are met.

+ Acts as a brand ambassador, upholding the values of the organization and maintaining consistency of the brand internally and externally.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:

Required:

+ **Bachelor's**

+ **2 Work Experience**

+ **FL. Driver's License (DL)**

+ Self-starter with ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision

+ Advanced organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

+ Foundational knowledge and skills to implement integrated marketing programs, to include: marketing planning; volume-driving strategies, creative concepting and execution; corporate communications; digital and social media; project management, event planning and execution; research analysis; and physician relations.

+ Strong collaborator; ability to build meaningful relationships among the marketing team, leaders, staff, physicians, and/or community partners.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills
