    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Facilities Maintenance Technicians** for projects located in and around **Greensboro, NC.** This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **up to $44/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Apply professional knowledge of facilities operations to support university and departmental goals.

    + Develop, implement, and manage preventive, predictive, and comprehensive maintenance programs across:

    + 600-acre farm

    + 240-acre campus

    + 3.5M sq. ft. of facilities

    + Oversee utilities operations including chillers, boilers, steam, water, sewer, storm water, and electrical systems.

    + Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with federal, state, and university codes/guidelines.

    + Serve on emergency operations teams and campus committees as required.

    + Provide input and technical guidance to support strategic planning, growth, and efficiency initiatives.

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of facilities experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Multi-building maintenance experience preferred

    + Facilities Engineer certification preferred

    + North Carolina state license in Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC preferred

    + Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

    + APPA membership preferred
