**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring motivated **Construction Laborers f** or projects located in and around **Knoxville, TN.** This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **up to $22/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Construction Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to launch your career!

Job Scope:

+ Operate pressure washers and apply detergents to clean surfaces.

+ Safely work at heights up to 80 feet using boom lifts.

+ Rotate between lift work and ground duties, including:

+ Managing detergent refills

+ Flagging for safety

+ Equipment loading and tool maintenance

+ Follow all site safety procedures and crew instructions.

Requirements:

+ Verified boom lift experience (required for in-person interview and eligibility).

+ Must be comfortable working at heights.

+ Physically able to perform labor-intensive work.

+ Reliable, safety-minded, and a team player.

+ Experience in pressure washing is a plus, but training will be provided.
