    We're seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist who values respectful patient care and cost-effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise across all phases of pharmaceutical services.

    In this dynamic role, you will:

    + **Optimize Drug Therapy:** Monitor drug therapy, assess medication orders for appropriateness (dose, frequency, interactions), and actively participate in renal dosing and pharmacokinetic monitoring.

    + **Enhance Clinical Initiatives:** Engage in managing TPN (adult, neonatal/pediatric), anticoagulant services, pain management, and IV to PO switch programs. Provide critical support for microbiology cultures.

    + **Ensure Safety & Education:** Contribute to drug information and ADR/Med Error reporting, making recommendations for improved medication use safety. Educate and counsel patients on their drug regimens.

    + **Drive Process Improvement:** Actively participate in formulary management, developing monographs, presenting to the P&T Committee, and contributing to policy and standardized order set development.

    + **Lead & Mentor:** Maintain professionalism, serve as a preceptor for students/residents, and contribute to staff development and clinical research.

    Qualifications

    **Education:** Graduate of a College of Pharmacy with a minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree in Pharmacy.

    **Licensure:** Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of North Dakota in good standing.

    Pay Range

    $52.09 - $69.68 /hour
