    In this vital role, you will:

    + **Assess & Diagnose:** Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments using recognized tools, identifying patients at risk and driving nutrition-related diagnoses.

    + **Implement & Educate:** Develop and implement targeted nutrition interventions, providing personalized education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers. You'll continuously monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as needed.

    + **Collaborate for Care:** Work seamlessly within our interdisciplinary team, contributing to overall patient care strategies and facilitating optimal outcomes.

    + **Optimize Nutrition Plans:** Create unique intervention plans, including feeding routes and nutrition prescriptions, and meticulously monitor patient response against measurable goals.

    + **Enhance Patient Experience:** Collaborate with our Food and Nutrition Services team, participating in menu reviews, ensuring diet order accuracy, and upholding exceptional customer service.

    Qualifications

    Education

    + Bachelors Degree with completion of accredited dietitian program(ACEND - Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition Dietetics.)

    Licensure

    + Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission onDietetic Registration (CDR). Valid dietitian licensure as required bystate.

    Pay Range

    $24.06 - $32.18 /hour
