    As a CNA, You Will:

    + **Provide Essential Care:** Perform vital sign measurements, record patient statistics (intake/output, height/weight), and obtain routine lab samples.

    + **Assist with Daily Living:** Help patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and toileting.

    + **Facilitate Treatment & Mobility:** Assist with patient equipment, move and transfer patients, and transport them for testing or treatment.

    + **Ensure Safety & Hygiene:** Implement strict infection control protocols, maintain clean and orderly patient rooms, and assist with meal setup and feeding.

    + **Be a Critical Observer:** Observe and report patient progress, identify needs for medical intervention, and remove potential hazards.

    + **Be a Team Player:** Respond promptly to signal lights, actively participate as a collaborative team member, and contribute to seamless care delivery.

    Qualifications

    **Education:** No requirements. Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly.

    **Licensure:** ND State Nursing Assistant Registry.

    **Experience:** Previous health care experience preferred but not required.

    **Skills:** CPR certification and annual recertification. Attend inservice/meetings and keep current on work related issues - 12 hours CEU/year.

    $15.00 - $19.82 /hour
