    The Treatment Center Coordinator in the department of prosthodontics is responsible to execute the daily Treatment Center activities under the direction and guidance of the Treatment Center Manager and the Clinical Program Director. The Treatment Center Coordinator is responsible to collaborate with the front desk staff, faculty and residents to ensure that the Treatment Center is running smoothly and serve as the contact person for all Treatment Center matters for patients, residents, vendors, and the universities administrative staff.The Treatment Center Coordinator is responsible to review and edit the treatment center schedule in Salud, ensuring to fill treatment center schedules with department cancellation list and/or recall list; process both internal and external referrals including corresponding with GSDM internal treatment centers regarding the referrals. Coordinate insurance eligibility with front desk patient coordinators and administer insurance procedures for prior authorizations.

    Required Skills

    High School Diploma Required Must have 3-5 years of similar work experience in a clinical or medical setting.
