• RN Nurse Shift Manager

    Dignity Health (Long Beach, CA)


    Responsibilities

    + Collaborates with other area supervisors as required to support the hospital's role as a community health service provider.

    + Assists in implementing a unit Quality Management Program consistent with hospital wide Performance Improvement Plan. Operates the units within the financial and productivity guidelines, setting goals and developing policies that support this objective.

    + Provides for quality services by ensuring that the staff are well trained in the services to be provided.

    + Addresses, escalates or resolves unit issues, including problem resolution related to customer complaints, concerns and suggestions.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum of five-years experience as a RN in an L&D unit

    + Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.

    + Current basic life support (BLS) certification

    + Current ACLS, NRP, Advanced Fetal Monitoring

    + Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

    Pay Range

    $49.57 - $73.73 /hour
