Overview

It will be the responsibility of the Maintenance Mechanic to perform all maintenance throughout hospital buildings and grounds. These functions will be performed in accordance with all applicable codes, guidelines, and governing commissions.

If you are selected for this position, you will be asked to supply your immunization records as proof of vaccination. If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources.

Responsibilities

+ Lighting replacement/repair

+ Performs all types of plumbing repair

+ Performance of any in-shop repair work

+ Performance of Self-identified and Environmental rounds

+ Performance of preventative maintenance

+ Performance of emergency response requests.

Qualifications

+ HS diploma or equivalent and 5-7 years experience 5-6 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Plumbing, Carpentry, Commercial Maintenance, and/or Mechanical experience. Other: Air conditioning, electronic knowledge, computer skills, & telephone knowledge or

+ No Specific Requirements and 7 years of directly related work experience in lieu of degree

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $20.40/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
