+ Must have Customer Relationship & Large Account Management

+ Must have B2B Enterprise Solutions Sales

+ Must have experience serving Automotive sector

+ Must have strong leadership and influencing skills

+ Must have SAP ERP Sales or Program Management

+ Preferred technical/engineering background
