    JOB SUMMARY:

    Reporting to the Legal and Facilities Departments, the Real Estate Portfolio Manager will oversee and be responsible for the day to day management and leasing efforts of Rady Children's real estate. This position is responsible for implementing financial, operational, and leasing initiatives in accordance with policies and budgets. The Real Estate Portfolio Manager acts as the principal negotiator with varying entities, brokers, tenants, and other various vendor contracts.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor's Degree

    7 Years of Experience

     

    Financial analysis of various real estate transactions including fair market value, net present value, buy versus rent, and rate of return

     

    Ten or more years of experience in commercial real estate management, leasing, sales, or asset management

     

    Principles, methods, practices and techniques involved in real estate development, purchase, sales, leasing and strategic asset management.

     

    Highly developed negotiation skills. Understand, interpret, explain and apply laws, regulations, ordinances, and policies applicable to complex real estate transactions

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    California Real Estate License

     

    Real Estate Broker License

     

    CCIM designation.

     

    Familiarity with COSTAR.

     

    The current salary range for this position is $55.60 to $76.45

     

    Rady Children’s Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable. The range listed above does not represent the full salary range for the position but is the expected hiring range for qualified candidates. Compensation decisions consider a variety of factors including experience, education, licensure, unique skillsets, organizational need, and internal equity. This posting will remain open from the “date posted” until the hiring manager has determined there is a sufficient applicant pool or until the position is filled.
