    The Position:

    In this role, you will lead soccer classes for preschool-aged children, focusing on basic skills such as dribbling, passing, and teamwork in a fun, non-competitive format. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, have experience working with young children, and possess a genuine passion for teaching bright young minds.

     

    + Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage each child's development and confidence.

    + Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that prioritizes fun and safety.

    + Engage with parents and provide updates on their child's progress and experiences.

    + Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continuously improve coaching skills.

     

    Our instructors can work between 3-15 classes per week and earn between $20 and $40 per hour.

    Requirements

    + Passion for working with children and a love for sports.

    + Positive and engaging personality that inspires young athletes.

    + Strong communication skills to interact effectively with parents and children.

    + Must be at least 18 years old.

    + Reliable transportation to various class locations.

    + Ability to set up and prepare the class environment before sessions.

    + No prior soccer experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.

    + Availability on weekdays, particularly Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
