MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. Supervisor of Health Services – RN

**Location:** Attleboro, MA

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

**Salary:** $80,000 – $85,000 per year

About the Role:

As the Supervisor of Health Services, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing and supporting our dedicated nursing team. This position offers both variety and rewarding challenges as you lead clinical care efforts and ensure the well-being of those we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, health assessments, and coordination of medical appointments

• Supervise and support a team of RNs and/or LPNs, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring regulatory compliance

• Act as a clinical resource and role model, offering guidance on nursing best practices and patient-centered care

• Monitor and manage the overall health and medical needs of individuals served, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions

• Conduct and document evaluations of nursing care and staff performance to maintain a high standard of care

• Assist with development and implementation of individualized care plans

• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by maintaining infection control and safety protocols

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external providers to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

+ **For RN :** Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN license and at least 3 years of related experience

+ Strong leadership and communication skills

+ Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines
