Job Description
The Regional Sales Associate supports account retention and growth within a designated territory. This role works closely with Regional and National Account Managers to drive sales strategy, analyze data, and manage customer follow-ups.
Core Duties:
Support sales efforts through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and support strategic decisions.
Assist in managing the sales pipeline and CRM updates.
Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and support meetings with clients and manufacturer reps.
Manage quotes, co-op submissions, and sample orders.
Assist with planning and logistics for trade shows and sales events.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the sales team.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
2–4 years of sales or sales support experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
Comfortable discussing mechanical/technical products
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and confidentiality
Self-motivated, energetic, and team-oriented
Effective in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels • Experience utilizing business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau and Power BI) and data management
• Experience utilizing JDE systems or similar ERP systems null
