Program Supervisor

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

Northway Academy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate _Program Supervisor_ to join our team and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a _full-time_ , _onsite_ position that offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to earn $26.00 per hour while developing leadership and supervisory skills. In this critical role, you will help make a difference in the lives of others. As a mission-driven organization, we are committed to expanding access to services and developing innovative and more effective ways to support individuals with a range of intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Program Supervisor

Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in various administrative duties, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.

+ Supervise a team of caregivers who support individuals in our program.

+ Provide assistance to individuals receiving services, including help with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care.

+ Duties include a balance of direct support, professional activities, and supervision.

+ Encourage community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work and other activities.

_Qualifications:_

+ High School diploma or equivalent.

+ One year of related work experience.

+ Must be 18 years or older.

+ Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

+ The regulatory authority requires other licensure or certification.

+ Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.

+ Strong organizational skills to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
