    You’ll deliver counseling services that empower children and adolescents to cope, grow, and heal, whether they’re managing anxiety, trauma, autism, ADHD, or navigating big life changes. You’ll work closely with families and a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to create an impact that lasts a lifetime.

    What You’ll Do

    + Provide individual, family, and group counseling for children and teens

    + Deliver therapy using evidence-based modalities and a trauma-informed lens

    + Support families with coaching and psychoeducation

    + Complete assessments, create treatment plans, and collaborate with our in-house therapy and behavioral health team

    + Help families navigate diagnoses like anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, grief, or life transitions

    + Accurately document services and ensure insurance compliance

    + Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, care, and compassion

    What You Bring

    + Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

    + Licensed or license-eligible: LPC, LPCC, LCSW, or similar

    + Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal

    + A calm, collaborative presence and the ability to build trust with families

    + Bonus: experience or passion for working with pediatrics
