A Brief Overview

The Product Mgr for Atom AI supports the development and execution of product roadmaps for our AI-powered solutions. This role partners closely with engineering, design, data science, and other stakeholders to deliver valuable, high-quality products that meet customer needs and advance our AI strategy. The Product Manager balances customer requirements, market trends, and business objectives to prioritize and guide product delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Contributes to and maintains product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.

+ Collaborates with engineering, design, and data science to define product requirements and user stories.

+ Supports market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.

+ Partners with marketing and sales to support product positioning, launches, and adoption initiatives.

+ Monitors product performance metrics and recommend enhancements.

+ Participates in backlog refinement and sprint planning to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Related Field required

+ 4–6 years of progressive experience in product management, business analysis, or technology delivery

+ Experience in AI, SaaS, or digital platforms preferred

+ Experience in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery

+ 1–2 years in a leadership or team coordination capacity preferred (informal leadership acceptable)

+ Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

+ Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications

+ Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements

+ Familiarity with Agile development practices

+ Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions

+ Up to 10% of the time Domestic and International Travel

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $93,600 to $117,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
