    Job Description

    Insight Global is searching for an experienced Healthy Planet Analyst IV to support a healthcare technology team for an enterprise level hospital system in Maryland. This individual will lead a team consisting of one Healthy Planet Analyst and two MIPS Analysts. Key responsibilities include managing three to four standing meetings per week, facilitating ad hoc team discussions, and conducting regular one-on-ones to mentor and support team members. The role involves reviewing Nova notes, assigning build tasks to both team members and themselves, and tracking deadlines for active projects such as Player Platform and ANA, as well as future initiatives like Compass Rose and Value-Based Care. Additional duties include preparing presentations, writing agendas for meetings they lead, and creating build documentation.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience using Healthy Planet tools

    • Epic Ambulatory Certification

    • Epic Healthy Planet Certification

    • Experience in a leadership role

    • Project management experience (or a key player in an implementation project)

    • Compass Rose experience

    MIPS experience • Compass Rose implementation experience

    • Value Based Care implementation experience

    • Population Health initiatives

    Quality measure reporting experience null
