    As Vice President of Anderson Tuftex Brand, you will serve as the General Manager responsible for driving the brand’s business strategy, execution, and financial performance.  The key KPI for success is meeting or exceeding the brand’s financial targets.  This VP will steward the full brand P&L, set strategic direction, and lead cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and brand experience, working collaboratively across the enterprise,  leveraging COEs to meet business objectives.  This role is ideal for a brand champion who blends creativity with operational discipline and is passionate about crafting products and experiences that elevate home spaces.  This Leader not only leads the Anderson Tuftex Brand, but will also be committed to Shaw's overall success.

     

    This position will work in a hybrid way from our Dalton, GA corporate offices.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the General Manager responsible for all aspects of driving the Anderson Tuftex business, as well as the P&L. Their main KPI will be to establish and deliver the brand’s financial targets.

    + Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy for Anderson Tuftex based on consumer, designer, and customer insights, defining brand direction, identity, and guidelines

    + Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis for the brand to inform strategic brand decisions

    + Define and target specific consumer/influencer/designer groups with a full funnel marketing plan

    + Oversee the lifecycle of products from launch through end-of-life, driving product innovation based on insights, ensuring alignment with market trends, and ensuring the product offering is simple but comprehensive of customer needs.

    + Enhance brand presence through event marketing, strategic partnerships, and and/or category-specific initiatives

    + Provide necessary support and tools for the Sales teams, including creation of sell in materials for new products and other collateral

    + Collaborate with the Pricing Lead to establish and maintain profitable and competitive pricing strategies for the brand

    + Monitor and analyze brand and category performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary to achieve business goals

    + Lead a team of marketing and product experts setting objectives, coaching, and providing personal development.

    + This role reports to the SVP, Marketing and Brands.

    Requirements:

    + Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or related field and 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, product management, sales, channel management or equivalent relevant experiences required.

    Preferred experiences and skills:

    + Experience in premium home durable products, home consumer goods, or home building materials business and/or in marketing products to residential interior designers

    + Demonstrated leadership experience with 5+ years leading people, directly or indirectly

    + Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams

    + Executive level communication skill set

    + Ability to leverage data and insights to create and clearly articulate a brand vision, strategy, and category-specific plans, as well as operationalize those plans

    Work Shift

    8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
