Job Description
This candidate will serve as the primary liaison between on-site IT teams and corporate IT, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on technical initiatives. They will lead infrastructure projects such as Wi-Fi refreshes, internet upgrades, and core network enhancements, including replacing and configuring core panels and switches that manage fiber traffic and network flow. They will oversee telephony upgrades to maintain reliable voice gateway performance and manage a variety of engineering and IT-related projects from planning through execution. As well as support audiovisual equipment both on-site and remotely, and handle the procurement, setup, and lifecycle management of hardware assets like PCs and tablets. This candidate will apply cybersecurity best practices, including firewall rule configuration and threat mitigation, while ensuring compliance with organizational security standards. Additionally, they will work closely with information managers to maintain and update the IT application cartography system, monitor software versions, and replace obsolete equipment to ensure operational integrity.

Skills and Requirements
•3+ years of experience in a plant/factory environment
•3+ years of Project Management Experience
•Networking Experience (installation of routers/switches, wifi upgrades, etc.)
•Experience Managing Hardware devices (deployments, upgrades, purchasing) •College education (2 or 4 yr degree) in IT, computer science, etc.
•Military Background null
