Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a passionate, collaborative, and experienced Lead Teacher to join our Early Childhood Education team.
This is a fulltime role based in Arvada, CO.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with toddlers and/or preschool-aged children in a certified child development center. This role requires a nurturing educator who is committed to fostering a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and implement a comprehensive early childhood curriculum
-Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that supports the developmental needs of young children.
-Observe and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating regularly with parents and caregivers.
-Collaborate with assistant teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive classroom experience.
-Maintain compliance with all state licensing requirements and center policies.
-Utilize standard office and classroom technology, including laptops and tablets, for lesson planning, communication, and documentation.
-Foster strong relationships with families, encouraging open communication and involvement in the child’s educational journey.

Skills and Requirements
-High School Diploma or GED required
-1+ yr of experience in Early Childhood Education
-Child Development Units Required by the State of CO (ECT units) null
