Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)
Experience Level: 1–4 Years
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
We are actively recruiting a Clinical Research Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity within a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of hands-on experience supporting clinical trials and a strong understanding of research protocols and regulatory compliance. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of industry-sponsored drug and device trials.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily operations of clinical trials in compliance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines
Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants
Maintain accurate and timely data entry and documentation
Utilize Epic and OnCore Clinical Trial Management System for tracking and reporting
Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary teams
Assist with IRB submissions and regulatory documentation
Monitor participant safety and report adverse events

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors Degree
1+ Years of experience in Clinical trial (Phase 1-4)
Experience with EPIC
Patient facing role but be organized, professional, self motivated Prior experience with industry-sponsored clinical trials (drug/device)
Proficiency in Epic and OnCore CTMS
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with subject recruitment strategies
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards null
