Job Description

• Conduct structured phone interviews to gather detailed information related to SSI/SSDI claims

• Create and maintain internal electronic files

• Manage intake processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy

• Handle sensitive data including medical, psychological, school, and employment records

• Collaborate with case workers and other stakeholders

Maintain clear documentation and follow-up on outstanding items

Skills and Requirements

• Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience

• Experience with data entry involving confidential information (e.g., medical, psychological, school/work records)

• Familiarity with Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, or case management systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Proven ability to work remotely with a reliable home office setup • Background in Human Services or Public Sector

• Experience with scheduling and calendar coordination

• Familiarity with child welfare programs

Prior experience handling SSI/SSDI claims null
