Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Logistics Account lead for a premier client to sit out at warehouse based in either the Cincinnati area. The Logistics Account Lead will act as a primary point of contact with a client at a particular site and work as an intermediary for communication between client and their operations team. They will be responsible for tracking and coordinating shipment issues to the client to ensure prompt resolution and or delivery and be responsible for purchase order accuracy, shipment tracking and fulfillment reliability. The Account Lead will provide data integrity and reporting updates to leadership as requested.

Skills and Requirements
-Acts as primary contact with client at that particular site and is available to the client for escalation when necessary
-Work as intermediary for communication between client and their operations teams and Crane Worldwide network
-Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to insure prompt resolution
-Manage all client requests and follow up to insure that the client needs are met
-Guides work: May organize, set priorities, schedule and review work, but has no responsibility to hire, terminate, review performance or make pay decisions
-Responsible for managing the client reports and assuring accuracy
-Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored. null
