    Job Description

    We’re looking for a Policy Manager/Analyst/Strategist to lead the development and refinement of content policies that reflect evolving digital behaviors, emerging cultural norms and consumer safety needs particularly for content tailored to attract younger users such as Gen Z. This role sits at the intersection of content moderation, product Policy and user trust and will be pivotal in shaping clear, enforceable guidelines that align with platform integrity and the preferences of today’s diverse user base, including younger audiences.

     

    • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of content Policy development, with a specific focus on Gen Z values, digital experiences and sensitivities.

    • Identify and evaluate emerging trends, behaviors and risks across digital platforms and translate insights into actionable Policy frameworks.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Policy guidance is clear, enforceable and aligned with platform needs and goals.

    • Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and support the effective operationalization of Policy across moderation workflows, including high-quality ground truth labeling for model training and evaluation.

    • Conduct regular audits of existing policies to identify gaps, outdated guidance or areas requiring clarification or reinforcement.

    • Contribute to external benchmarking and stakeholder discussions on content safety and Policy best practices

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5+ years in Policy, Trust & safety, tech Policy or content operations, preferably in social media, search or platform environments.

    • Proven experience shaping content Policy or consumer safety frameworks.

    • Strong understanding of Gen Z digital culture, including language trends, formats (e.g., memes, short video) and online norms.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex, ambiguous risks into clear actionable policies.

    • Experience working with cross-functional teams across the organization.

    • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities and tight timelines. null
