Job Description

* Completes project charter outlining, scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing for one or more projects as assigned with project sponsor and stakeholders, under the supervision of a more senior project manager

* Manages project budget, including pricing model, billing process, reporting of team hours and expenses

* Tracks project milestones and provide informed updates to sponsor, team members and management

* Prepares and update project schedule to identify tasks and completion dates

* Monitors project scope, including project change request forms and approval process

* Completes work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task and determine if external consultants or contractors will be utilized

* Resolves problems and communicates issues throughout project life cycle and escalates more complex issues as appropriate to PMO leadership

* Leads, coaches and motivates project team members on a proactive basis to ensure efficiency and resolve and/or limit conflict among team

* Ensures project legal documents are executed appropriately

Skills and Requirements

o Microsoft project enterprise (current) > Smart Sheet and Tempest for project and resource management

o Microsoft Teams

o Project Management experience (2+ yrs)

o PMP cert, not a hard requirement

o Fiserv or FIS experience

o Agile experience

o Having experience with templates and TEAMS null
