If you are ready for a new and exciting career, come join our team! BAE Systems is seeking a Support Desk Data Analyst to provide support to our government customer on an existing opportunity.
The Support Desk Data Analyst will be responsible for overall reporting and real time data analytics for a 24x7 Tier II Service Desk.
The Support Desk Data Analyst shall work directly with leadership to determine data requirements to design output format and to validate results for both ad hoc and scheduled reports for internal use.
The Support Desk Data Analyst is required to be onsite, in downtown Columbia, SC, 5 days per week.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
+ (2-4) years of experience in a technical support position
+ Must be able to write T-SQL queries (simple/intermediate/complex) against various Microsoft databases and Data Warehouse databases.
+ (12) years of demonstrated experience with relational database queries and transactions, including stored procedures using SQL Server 2019 databases.
+ Demonstrated experience designing, creating, testing, and implementing simple/complex reports using SQL Server Reporting Services.
+ Candidates need quantitative, teamwork and problem-solving abilities, as well as a thorough knowledge of relational database theory and practice.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
+ Information Technology Infrastructure Library V4 (ITIL 4) certification.
+ Support Desk experience either with reporting or as an analyst
+ Previous experience with System Center Service Manager (SCSM).
+ Previous experience with Cireson Portal.

Candidate must be able to be granted and retain a secret security clearance.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $77814 - $132283
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
