Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Category Leader with a strong background in technology sourcing and contract management to support our client’s procurement operations. This role offers exposure to a wide range of deals—from software and hardware to marketing and business services—making it ideal for professionals looking to broaden their experience or settle into a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Lead sourcing initiatives primarily focused on technology (software and hardware), with opportunities to support other business categories.

- Manage contract renewals and procurement of new services, ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, fostering strong communication and collaboration.

- Negotiate and administer contracts, ensuring compliance and value delivery.

- Support contract administration tasks and contribute to sourcing strategy development.

- Engage with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing opportunities and drive cost efficiencies.

Compensation:

• $42/hr to $48/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

- 2 to 3 years of experience in contract management or administration

- Experience working in tech (hardware or software) contracts and sourcing but also open to working in the business or marketing side

- Experience in contract renewals or procuring new services

- Self Starter mentality - basic Office 365 knowledge
