    Job Description

    This fully on-site role offers a hands-on opportunity for a bachelor’s or master’s level scientist with industry experience to contribute to cutting-edge drug discovery research. The focus is on antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and radio-ligand therapies (RLTs), with an emphasis on understanding how therapeutic molecules interact with and are processed by the body.

    Key Responsibilities

    Cell Culture & Assays:

    Maintain and plate 2D and 3D cell lines (6–8 weekly, T25 flasks).

     

    Conduct in vitro assays to characterize cellular responses to drug treatments.

     

    Perform cell counting, plating, and drug treatment experiments.

     

    Assess cytotoxicity and cell killing potency of ADCs and RLTs.

    Experimental Design & Data Handling:

    Collect and analyze samples using liquid scintillation counting and mass spectrometry (SCIEX).

     

    Use GraphPad Prism, Excel, and ELN for data analysis and documentation.

     

    Operate Incucyte and other imaging software for automated microscopy and imaging-based assays.

    Collaboration & Communication:

    Follow experimental instructions from senior scientists.

     

    Document results and maintain accurate records.

     

    Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team focused on translational science.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field.

    Experience:

    Minimum 2 years of industry experience in a lab setting.

     

    Proficiency in cell culture, pipetting, and sample collection.

     

    Familiarity with drug treatment protocols, radioactive compounds, and imaging techniques.

    Technical Skills:

    Strong command of basic data analytics tools.

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, GraphPad Prism, and ELN systems.

    Other Requirements:

    Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

     

    Must have reliable transportation to the Spring House, PA site.

     

    Willingness to work full-time on-site and engage in experimental design. Experience with mass spectrometry and automated microscopy is a plus.

     

    Experience with 3D cell culture, QPCR, and imaging/microscopy.

     

    Understanding of PKPD modeling, toxicology, and molecular transport mechanisms. null
