Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the Global Technology Organization for a large financial firm. The analyst will be responsible for translating business objectives into documented requirements and ensuring alignment across teams. This role involves:

• Providing business analysis support for applications and systems

• Delivering training on PMO processes and tools

• Documenting project management office objectives and translating them into functional requirements

• Coordinating and validating analysis and testing efforts across project teams

• Collaborating with technical staff to conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing

• Facilitating communication between the PMO, business areas, and GTO

• Working cross-functionally to achieve project goals

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience

• 3- 5 years of business systems analysis experience

• Proficiency with business analysis methodologies (e.g., requirements elicitation and documentation)

• Strong understanding of business needs and practices

• Ability to perform analysis, prepare functional specifications, and conduct functional testing

• Experience facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders

• Exceptional soft skills (team collaboration, communication, initiative) • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Familiarity with project management-oriented analysis tools and techniques

• Knowledge of Planview Portfolios

• Experience providing training on PMO processes, tools, and techniques null
