The candidate selected for this position will be the **Finance Director for the Space Systems product line** within the **C4ISR business area** . With annual revenues approaching $200m, this product line is poised for growth in the space market. The product line has a diverse portfolio of state of the art development/production programs, and has both defense and commercial products. This role serves as a strategic and collaborative business partner to the Space Systems Product Line Director and to the Product Line & Business Area Finance Leadership teams. This position oversees a team of eight with staff in Manassas, VA and Hudson, NH.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or Masters' Degree and equivalent experience.

+ Experience in **proposal strategic leadership** , **development/review of financial forecasting of salient data** , and **successful mentoring of staff** .

+ **Proven leadership skills** and **ability to work in a changing environment.**

+ Ability to partner with all functions.

+ **Secret Clearance** - or at minimum, ability to obtain it after starting in role.

+ **DoD Contracting experience** .

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills

+ Experience working with various contracting vehicles and program types

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $135556 - $230444

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
