We are seeking an experienced RF microwave electronics professional with a passion for leading teams and manufacturing products that protect our warfighters. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that supports RF test of our development, full rate production, and sustainment hardware. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills for managing their team and problem solving critical to the success of our business.

+ **Leadership and guidance to a team of product support engineers centered on test, debug, data analysis, test techniques, and continuous improvement activities to improve the overall test process within all phases of the program.**

+ **Act as a Technical liaison with design, test, quality, reliability, and program engineering to drive continuous improvements, and root cause analysis on a wide variety of products and test stations throughout the entire test process.**

+ **Responsible for the support of product development and transition to production as well as provide other support for business needs.**

+ **Coordinate and organize multiple activities in a cross-functional team environment.**

+ **Compiling data and defining changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.**

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Typically, a bachelor s degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Ability to acquire a security clearance

Proficient in Microsoft software suite

Experience in building and developing high performance teams

Experience leading projects

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Secret Security Clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
