    Job Skills / Requirements

     

    United Protective Services is looking for a professional security officer.

     

    The individual will provide security details outlined in the post orders and show a working relationship with the team, the client, local law enforcement, and the fire department. This individual will always perform job duties with a constant awareness of their surroundings, making note of all activity that takes place in the assigned area. A security officer must keep a professional image and always show excellent customer service.

    Job Duties

    Promptly respond to any shift requirements as directed by the management team.

    Familiarity with various local sectors, including:

    Retail

     

    Hospitality

     

    Corporate

     

    High-Rise

     

    Residential

     

    Parking

     

    Address conflicts onsite in a professional manner.

     

    Aid clients as needed.

     

    Contribute to keeping a safe and organized environment.

     

    Exercise judgment of site safety and security, following United Protective Services protocols.

     

    Keep detailed activity logs in line with company guidelines.

     

    Generate incident reports for any noteworthy occurrences.

     

    Stay vigilant and report any suspicious activities according to established procedures.

     

    Ensure proper maintenance and accountability of company equipment throughout shifts.

     

    Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
