Assembler – Build the Future of Aerospace

Full-Time | Consultant (3 Months) | Medley, FL | $17.00/hr | 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a skilled **Assembler** to join our team, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you will contribute to building high-quality aerospace components that power innovation and performance. Your precision and attention to detail will directly impact the reliability and success of advanced aerospace systems.

What You’ll Do

+ Assemble manufactured materials and components according to blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings.

+ Verify accuracy of bills of materials (BOM) and ensure assemblies meet all design specifications.

+ Operate hand tools, electrical tools, cutters, measuring devices, and light equipment.

+ Perform quality checks, identify defects, and record findings.

+ Rework or repair assemblies in line with engineering specification changes.

+ Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations while adhering to safety standards.

+ Lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a standing position for up to 8 hours per day.

What You’ll Bring

+ **High School Diploma or GED** (or 2+ years of relevant experience without diploma/GED).

+ **1+ year of assembly experience** (3+ years if no HS diploma/GED).

+ Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

+ **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
